THE BRIEF

Interactive visual storytelling is a most effective medium for kiosks in trade shows. Whether the experience is available for visitors to walk through at their leisure, or if a brand ambassador is there to engage with the visitor (or both), the contextualization of the information is what drives the messaging home.

The ask from the client for this specific experience was to create a visually dynamic experience utilizing vector illustrations (to match their brand style), and animate them subtly. There are 3 main verticals for this healthcare specific engagement, each with various sub-topics that contain value-add content for education and to allow brand ambassadors to speak to the specifics of the products and services that relate to the visitor’s pain points.

The experience, while intended for a single show, was leveraged for multiple trade shows, and additional interactives built specific to other industry verticals that this client had market share in. The interactive was highly successful in support brand ambassadors in their engagement with visitors as they told the story of the services.
